Update! We brought food reservation containers to the orphanage in Cameroon

One of our social projects is the support of an orphanage in Cameroon. Our colleague Sylvia (Business consultant) went to Cameroon to bring fridges so food can be kept for a longer time.
The orphanage is in a village called Dschang. CIBAEEVA (le centre international bilingue d’acceuil et d’encadrement des enfants vulnerables Atela) takes care of 32 children from which the oldest is 17 and the youngest is 2 years old. Many of these children are affected by HIV.
Our goal is to help this association on different levels (treatment, accessibility to clean water, education, accommodation, etc.). Sylvia is visiting the orphanage as frequently as possible. We found it most important to build up our relationship with the organisation and Ms Lucienne Ateufack who takes care of the youngest children. This way we get a clear view on their most urgent needs and we can act in an efficient way while making a difference on the long term.
