• Ensure day-to-day operational support and control
• Point of contact towards internal and external clients
• Guarantee business continuity and customer satisfaction
• You hold a Bachelor or Master degree.
• You have at least 1 year of relevant / KYC-related experience.
• You have good knowledge of Dutch, French and English (written & spoken).
• You have a good knowledge of MS Office.
• You are familiar with various IT tools.
• You are a strong communicator, diplomatic and customer-oriented.
• You are able to work independently and quality-minded.
• You are stress resistant and flexible.
• You are a real problem-solver, who works with accuracy and precision.
